Chapter 99

Gunshots sounded loud in there; it seemed that Ronald was practicing shooting. This basement serves as a shooting and sports practice room that Ronald likes. The man turned, came over to me, and hugged me. He took off the earplugs he wore during his shooting practice earlier. “Want to give it a try??” he asked as I looked at the gun still in his hand. I nodded curiously; he motioned for me to follow him, and then he showed me his collection of handguns on the table. Ronald picked up one. I know nothing about weapons, but I’m interested in learning how to use them.
