Zhi Hao sat beside the tombstone, the final resting place of his mother. "Mother, I am no longer the trash that can be ridiculed. I will carve my name into the legends," he whispered softly, his eyes glistening with tears. He kissed the tombstone, then began speaking in a low voice about his experiences while training in the World Ring, how he had gained incredible power. Though it was a one-sided conversation, it was enough to bring him comfort.
