Caspian I sat on the bed, fiddling with the buttons on my pajamas. The sound of the shower cut off, and I knew Ava was done. We'd eaten and drunk our fill at the party, so dinner wasn't on our minds. I arranged the bed and lay down, closing my eyes. Sleep seemed like a good idea, especially with the next day's work and unfinished business at the golf field looming.
