Lydia woke up to the sound of birds and the worst headache of her life. Each heart beat shot another fresh blast of agony into her head and her mouth tasted like something had died there. ”Never again” she groaned, and pulled the covers over her head to cover her from the obnoxious sunlight filtering through her window.
