We need to wait until we're at least in the Foundation Phase." The first major milestone in spiritual cultivation was the Foundation Phase. "Honey, the spiritual energy in this world is so thin. "It's all real," Liam murmured, his voice filled with satisfaction. "This is great. I like this world." The sound of footsteps behind him broke the quiet. Turning slowly, Liam saw Crystal walking toward him. With Tyra gone, Crystal was now the most striking chick in River City. Naturally, Liam's gaze was immediately drawn to her ample chest. Wow. It's really big, he thought. Yeah, I've touched it before. "What are you staring at?" Crystal snapped, clearly irritated. The pervert had been staring at her like that all evening. "Oh, just your chest," Liam admitted casually. "You!" Crystal was momentarily at a loss for words, then her anger flared. "Liam, you're not patient anymore. If you keep acting like a pervert, I swear I'll beat you up!" "Go ahead. I believe you," Liam said, unfazed. "But you can't beat me." Crystal fumed. This guy was unbelievable! Shameless! She had seen his strength firsthand at the Mallins. Though she herself practiced boxing, she knew she stood no chance against Liam. "Dr. Hampton, there's something wrong with your chest," Liam said, suddenly serious. "There's something inside it. If you don't believe me, go to the hospital and get it checked. With a deadly glare, Crystal turned her heel and walked away. She couldn't stand the way Liam was staring at her. But she'd barely taken two steps when a sharp, stabbing pain pierced her chest. "Urgh!" Crystal gasped, clutching her chest in agony. Her body swayed, and in the next moment, she lost her balance, collapsing to the ground.
