Chapter 18

In a wide room sat five officials of the Clan. The Chief official Minister, the Deputy official Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Rites, and the Minister of Revenues. They had been allies right after the war, and King Godric began ruling. They glanced at each other, waiting for the first person who would talk about the topic that had been brought up for the day. Five of them had always had a different meeting after each gathering with the King and the other fifteen official ministers of the Clan.
