Chapter 590 Nixon Returns

The alley's neighbors said that the girl's family was unfortunate. Her mom was dead. and she had sold her sister. The former's body was so foul-smelling when she passed away that her father refused to pay for her funeral. He simply threw her somewhere after wrapping her in a mat. Nixon was dragged into a dream for the fifth time. He first believed that he would simply act as though he was not hearing and would not enter if he were summoned again. His mother was already concerned about his health because he was somewhat anemic and frequently felt sleepy in class. Nixon, however, entered the dream for the sixth time because he was concerned that the girl would be alone and wait for him. He was worried that the child might be depressed upon learning of her mother's passing, so he packed a ton of food this time. When he saw the girl again, however, she was barely alive and being taken into a small, dark room. Nixon went along and saw that this was a facility for human experimentation rather than a school. Books had told him about such things. The boy who had called for him saw him trying to save her. Then there was darkness. Although it seemed unbelievable, he appeared to hear his mother's voice.
