After I left Tessa’s workplace, I got into my car and drove an hour to the vampire academy. I wanted to speak with Ruby and tell her everything that’s been going on since I last saw her. Because of the phone limitations at the academy, she’s been left in the dark. I don’t even think she knows we got to Tessa in time and that she’s okay.
