Chapter 58

The drive home was tense and unpleasant, an uncomfortable silence that neither of them made any effort to break. Each of them was lost in their thoughts and Bella promptly faced her side of the screen. Her thoughts were in shambles and inwardly she was berating herself, why didn't she tell him? She was presented with the opportunity to tell him everything but instead, she shied away like a coward and now, she only has herself to blame for any repercussions.
