Chapter 30 Making Brian A Priority

Anytime I beheld Brian, especially from my inner chamber, I often had pity for him, because of the circumstances surrounding his madness. Although I wanted the marriage to elapse so that we could divorce, and I would be set free yet I wondered how such an innocent-looking boy lost his sanity chasing passion. Regrettably, he may not regain his sanity and even if he did he may not be at his prime anymore. Never in my entire life have I seen a man so cute and innocent. Indeed, he had a good heart and wanted the best for himself; none of us should face ruin and spoil chasing passion. It wasn’t worth it.
