Chapter 57 A Challenge Between The Two (Pt One)

Although Brent admitted that Aliyah was the mastermind, he was executed for his hand in things. Aliyah would live with the decisions that she made and would think twice before betraying Golden Crescent again. The remainder of the day was solemn. No one spoke of Brent’s death or of Aliyah’s betrayal. She was escorted to the edge of the border where she would live out her days under patrolling guard. They couldn’t trust her within arm’s reach, so keeping watch on her at all times was the best thing.
