Chapter 171 Searching For Answers

The door opened and then closed firmly after her and I was left all alone in my room again. Silence became my only companion and before I knew it, it was already quite late in the night. My body still felt sore, but I felt much better. Surprisingly, it was difficult for me to fall asleep although I was supposed to be exhausted and in need of rest and I blamed it on the day-time nap that I shared with Prince Leonard before we left the hotel to head back to the palace. As I laid alone on my bed with the lights switched off my mind drifted to think of Prince Leonard again.
