Chapter 16

I walked down the staircase looking at everything. I reached the floor below where everyone was walking. A few of the men pulled down their shades and looked at me hungrily and winked and smiled. A few girls smiled and waved at me and I waved and smiled back. I went down another staircase which was split into two at the top then at the middle joined into one then split again at the bottom. I walked down slowly and when I reached to bottom I gasped. I was standing in a million dollar mansion where the ceiling seemed like a mile up. Crystal chandeliers hung from it and all the furniture was very posh. As soon as I came down the stairs I was in a large sitting room there were at least three stairs in a semi circle leading to there. The couches, arm chairs and chairs were really cool and luxurious. There were some placed about randomly under the large windows and some around a small glass table and facing a 42 inch LG TV. There was a big glass door leading to the garden where more men in tuxedos and shades where walking around and a few girls were laughing and talking between them.
