Abigail was a little taken aback by this turn of events, losing her friend, her guide and her main translator all in one go. After saying goodbye to their families, Lindsey and Maki called her over. Maki gave her a huge hug, squashing her curvy body against himself and thanking her warmly for coming all the way to support them. Lindsey also embraced Abigail warmly. Lindsey tearfully gushed her thanks. "I'm so grateful you could come all the way out here and do this thing for us today, Abby. It means the world for Maki and his family to keep up the traditions of his village. I'm just so sorry we have to leave you so early to catch our flight to Fiji tomorrow.
