Chapter 27

After her recent experience with work placements and assignments, Abigail was very reluctant to enter into an office environment again. But she still needed the work (despite her recent "windfall") and wanted the work experience. After talking to her father and because she had some First Aid training, he arranged for something a bit different; an assistant to the nurse at the local college. The college had a full-time nurse, a proper assessment room and nurses' office. The work would not be too demanding, depending on the problems and injuries encountered (usually just cuts and bruises). Abigail was not a qualified nurse, so would only be assisting the Nurse in carrying her duties.
