Maya's POV I stood there, trembling in fear as I continued to hear the rapid footsteps approaching me. "Who could it be? Alpha Darius or who?" I asked myself as I stood there shaking. My eyes were wide open and Evelyn could confirm that I was scared of who was coming. She tried to talk but I placed my hand against her mouth to keep her shut. Suddenly the person stopped right behind me and from the look on her face, it was definitely none of the two people that I thought it was going to be. "Who was it then?" I asked myself as I tilted my head to look back and see who it was.
